Coffee

We both love coffee.
Fortunately, we live in
the coffee producing center
of the USA, Hawaii.

Coffee Beans almost ripe for picking.

We seek quality and insist on
100% Hawaiian coffee.
We enjoy its full body and aroma.

Coffee is grown throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
We enjoy many types of coffee and many preparation styles.
While Kona is the most famous of the Hawaiian coffees,
we personally prefer Kauai grown coffee
because we find it has full body yet maintains a mellowness.
Kauai is the furthest north of the inhabited Hawaiian islands
and more importantly the wettest place in the USA
and one of the wettest (if not the wettest) places in the whole world.

BYW, Sandy, who grew up in China and did not taste coffee until her late teens,
is much sharper at tasting and discerning good coffee.
