Sandy & Dennis Keating, the owners of China Chop House operate it as a subsidiary of their I Love Honolulu business. Each have their own expertise and uniqueness, with their skills and viewpoints complimenting each other.

Honolulu is their home of choice.

Sandy, born in China, speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Kejia dialects as well as English. She left China for the USA at the age of 23. Dennis is a Marketing Specialist, Analyst and Trainer with extensive business experience in Europe, Asia and America.

Dennis has spent more than 20 years in Germany, China and Thailand. During his years in China, he did market research and training for numerous International Firms (including Kodak; Coca-Cola; Siemens; Mobil; BP); the Canadian Government; and numerous Chinese firms. In addition, he is a motivational speaker who gives inspirational talks to university students and encourages them to expand their horizons and develop their entrepreneurial spirits.

Dennis has been a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Guangzhou, China for 10 years. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Marketing Major from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Baylor University in Texas. In addition, he earned a Royal Society of Arts, Cambridge Certificate in Oxford, England.

They view entrepreneurship and education as the keys to social and economic independence. They encourage a commitment to excellence and personal integrity and consider these qualities to be the keys to business and personal success.

Currently, they focus their attention on Hawaii and interrelate their activities with China.
